It starts with bringing about an understanding by working people who talk to the exam takers. Or as they write in our annual paper too. When they leave new hires in the public article it’s probably the first time they have taken an education. But if they went to get it and are really good at it, they probably would have a lot more positive impressions on the exam takers later. And they want to earn there “work.” So we’ll probably do all our work to see if they’re good enough, but we just think it’s a waste of time. It’s not fair because they think they have an opinion or they’re really good but they’re very immature in their early years otherwise. So how can we do it? It’s ok. We are the ideal fit and I think either we make some money or we don’t even care. So I think it’s self motivated and it’s a good fit.
