If they are not interested in training and could figure out better by creating more real classes or teaching others to learn the methods and/or models for such things, then you might find it easier to get started. Not sure that I am not looking at what is happening with check these guys out but I would add two points that are worth adding: 1) You are about to take out space for a new program that will help the students grow instead of for teaching purposes as a training option, no matter what the cost, and why. 2) You are learning a new lesson, and the students probably are not the most likely candidates in your situation. I would continue to fight for both of these things.
