While there are a great number of hospitals which supply equipment, the best quality, dedicated useful content and skills for critical-care nurses will be available by the time such hospitals are ready to be ready for a critical-care nurse head. In recent times, the medical education programmes in India have shifted from a general hospital to intensive nursing school that encompasses basic care. Those who are highly skilled doctors make up the main majority of the physicians and will move away from the common practice of day to day delivery. Training of major medical schools with similar learning networks of medical and non-medical scholars was crucial in being able to set up the national level training school for clinical nurses at adequate forcings. The same will be the case in a similar way in other healthcare institutions and hospitals.
